it was ok, i had read it included the plastic window cover, but it didn't and my daughter was under the impression it had four covers, but it was only one.

I'm pretty pleased with this order! I've purchased other skins for my old vision:m and other devices and have been frequently disappointed with the quality of the silicone/rubber and especially with the fit. Not with this one! The fit is great & the silicone is smooth and not sticky (lint attracting).
I like the USB retractable cable, too. The design is really neat & absolutely beats that stupid 3 inch cord that came with the device. I haven't yet used the wall charger or car charger, but I'm sure they'll work fine.

The rubber case is great for protecting my mp3 player when I drop it, but the red does look a little silly. In retrospect, I would have gone with the black. The screen is open, so you still need a plastic protector for it. There were also lots of nice accessories like the retractable usb cable, arm band, belt clip, carribeaner clip, and of course the outlet charger, which this mp3 player doesn't come with when you purchase it from Creative. This package is a great value for the money.

The Zen kit is an excellent choice for your Creative Zen. Everything that is listed is included. A bonus item is a pack of screen protectors that was not listed.

Great package of items for the price. I really bought it for the charger (it's ridiculous that the Zen doesn't come with it's own regular charger) but it was great to get the extra items. The silicone skin is great for protecting the Zen from scratches, etc. I've dropped mine a number of times and can imagine what it would look like if it hadn't had the skin on it.
