The Best of the best December 6, 2008
This CD brings back so many childhood / teenage memories, I really feel a connection just listening to the lyrics, it's worth having in collection of music "oldies but goodies".

Simply,one of the best cd I have ever purchased.It starts with a spritual
and ends with a spritual.Sam Cooke will always be one of my favorite singers,no one will ever equal his gift of beautiful music.

This is another CD I got from Amazon that I really love...these songs are from my generation and really bring back memories for me...and I still love to hear them today...Sam Cooke was a great musician..too bad he had to leave us so early in life...

I am a Great fan of Sam Cooke. The selection of songs is good and varied.
Many of the songs evoke years past in a comforting and playful way. I would of liked more of his Gospel music but I will find another selection in CD form.
