| Editorial Reviews:
Album Description With such daring new songs as "Twisted Transistor," "Politics," and "Love Song" among others, it's clear that KoRn--Jonathan Davis, James "Munky" Shaffer, Fieldy and David Silveria--have opened the doors to even more creativity and disarray. And no one does "disarray" like KoRn. The result is the most revolutionary KoRn album since their debut, a barb-wired, bastard son of blinding musical fury, dark and twisted lyrical candor, and searing, sociopathic tendencies. It's the culmination of everything KoRn have come to represent musically, morphed with an industrial-strength alter ego that's been suppressed--until now. "See You On The Other Side" is more than the evolution of KoRn--it's an evolution of heavy. LIMITED EDITION DELUXE VERSION features a custom original pop up package with three unreleased studio tracks, two remixes of "Twisted Transistor" plus two performance videos live from Russia. Also includes : Free one year membership to KoRn BSC Online Fan Club.

AWESOME after a few listens. Bonus disc great. December 4, 2008 After listening to this CD the first time I only liked about 3 songs. The singles and "politics". I love every song on this album. The first 3 tracks on the bonus disc are awesome as well. The CD is great. Guitars are powerful and drums are awesome as well. Favorite tracks: Liar, Hyporcites, Open up, and politics. These were probably the tracks I liked first. The bonus disc is awesome I don't like the Twisted Transistor remixes but the other songs are AWESOME.
KoRn Finally Makes Some Much Needed Changes June 5, 2008 Don't get me wrong with this review, I love the old koRn sound as much as every other koRn fan. However, another stomping koRn album that followed in the footsteps of "Take A Look In The Mirror" or their previous recordings would have been disasterous.
Like it or not, the traditional koRn sound was becoming stale. KoRn needed to make some drastic changes and they have for "See You On The Other Side." The album has a heavy industrial influence that blends perfectly with the guitar elements that Munky and Fieldy bring to the table. The "back to basics" guitar riffs work very well with the industrial/experimental theme of the album. Also, Jon Davis has greatly changed his focal style from the usual "scat" sound to something more melodic (with well placed "heavy" vocals).
To me, the highlights of the album are "Twisted Transistor," "Love Song," "Open Up," and "Seen It All." These songs show that koRn are heading in a new creative direction that will only get better with each album.
Satisfying Album by koRn December 5, 2006 I liked this album, I mean it took me twice to enjoy it...but I really liked it. With their first album without Head, they pull it of with the songs like Twisted Transistor, Politics, Love Song, and Coming Undone. Those are just to name the best on the album. All in all, if you like Korn, buy this cd. It is an album to have in your collection!!
Also, give limpbizkit's: Unquestionable Truth pt. 1 a chance, it took me two times of listening to enjoy it as well but after listening, I really like that ep now.

I respect your Reviews, Respect mine. June 29, 2006 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
i feel as a korn fan of 11 years i can write a decent review of opinion. please note that that is exactly what this is. an OPINION.
This album sorely disappointed me from start to end. I didnt like one song at all. I am going to stand up and say NO, ITS NOT BECAUSE HEAD LEFT. Its one of FIVE guys. Brian had absolutely no affect on David being lazy and uncreative with his drumming. Fieldy started playing normal of his own free will im sure. Munky, i hope to god you find some more inspiration than you did this round. The guitar playing is so boring. and jonathan, i really didnt dig what he tried to do this album. the moment i heard "because no one understands you, but the music do.." they lost me. I do not like this new attempt one bit. Even the artwork sucks. and so do the onstage people in outfits remaking it.
HOWEVER---- please note, that if you were an old fan but dislike the new cd, the bonus track "It's Me Again" is actually quite decent. Much like something that was scrapped from the "Take A Look In The Mirror" sessions. Not perfect, but i put it in rotation for myself.
