Amazon.com Product Description
Drift off to sleep while listening to your favorite tunes with the Coleman inflatable queen Quickbed. Equipped with a built-in amplifier and a pair of wide-ranging speakers, the Quickbed lets you connect an iPod, portable MP3 player, or personal CD player for out-loud listening. It's the perfect item for music fans who like to haul along their favorite tunes on camping trips. The Quickbed is protected by Coleman's AirTight system, which features a double lock valve that locks in air twice, guaranteeing a leakproof performance through the years. No more waking up on the cold, hard ground after a night of slow air release. The valve also opens extra wide for quick and easy inflation and deflation. And thanks to the powerful built-in 4D QuickPump--which runs on four D-cell batteries--you can save your lungs for more important concerns, like breathing.

Other details include Coleman's exclusive PVC formula, which is 15 percent more puncture-resistant than the leading competition; a sturdy ComfortSmart coil design that adds more strength, firmness, and comfort than standard beam construction; and a soft plush top for extra comfort. The queen Quickbed measures 74 by 9 by 60 inches (W x H x D) when fully inflated and supports up to 600 pounds. It also includes a carrying bag for easy transport.

About Coleman
The Coleman Company has been creating and innovating products for recreational outdoor use since W.C. Coleman started selling gasoline-powered lanterns in 1900. Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

4 out of 5 stars A great airbed for those who love music   August 2, 2008
For anyone who needs to listen to music in bed, this is the perfect air mattress for you. With built in ipod speakers, there is no reason to bring expensive ipod speakers with you--this bed has them. This bed is queen sized, which can be a problem if you are going camping and your partner isn't. In fact, I probably will be giving my bed away to my married brother because it's just too big for my upcoming camping trip--it won't fit into the tent I'm buying. As a single layer bed, you are a little close to the ground--which can be a problem for some and may or may not meet your needs. And during the night, you may need to turn the built in air pump on one or two times because, like many air beds, it does lose air sometimes.

But what gives it a four star rating is the built in speakers, the built in air pump, and the easy deflation. These are the conveniences that separate this air bed from a basic coleman air bed of the same size and dimensions and why you want to buy this one. Most air beds leak some. And of course I clearly need a twin size air bed to fit in the tent I'm buying. But what got me to buy this was the air pump and ipod speakers and these work extremely well. The music quality is quite good from the speakers and it's a good value over buying a separate ipod music system to fall asleep to. For that alone, I reccomend this product.

3 out of 5 stars Not bad but it wears out after awhile.   June 25, 2008
We have used this product for over a year - several times for camping, and other times for people who slept over at our home. At first, it was a really good bed but over time, it quickly disintegrated. The speaker went out first, the pump was not pumping as fast or as effectively, and finally, there were leaks. I can't complain too much because it lasted for awhile and we paid only $40 at the time. At final count, this puts us at approximately $3 each night before it went to air mattress heaven. Not bad. I got enough use out of it to make that purchase worth while. Still, I think I will move on to something sturdier and less likely to fall apart after a year (and past that warranty, no less!).

3 out of 5 stars So So   July 18, 2007
I used this once so far for camping, and am now looking for an alternative. The air pump is a bit weak - it fills and deflates quickly, but isn't powerful enough to really firm the mattress up. I found that I needed to run the pump for a bit each night to keep at least some pressure in it. I haven't used the built in speaker (notice I used the singular, not the plural) yet, but purchased that feature for the kids - who this mattress is best suited for.
