the case is pretty durable. it functions quite well. the included belt clip is the only draw back. it is very flimsy and held with a screw that loosens easily. i removed it the first day. otherwise the case is very nice.

This product did NOT come with a cover to protect the screen or that "fancy" belt clip that it advertises. All it came with was the case and a piece of metal that you can screw to the case that has NO PURPOSE. There were no straps or clips. The case itself is durable, no complaints about that. I am very disappointed in my purchase. DO NOT BUY

I bought this case thinking it had some kind of enclosure for the screen. It doesn't. It comes with that ridiculous plastic coating film. I tried to put it on and failed. So much for that. What I did instead was take a razor blade, slice a cutout of that plastic that some of your packages come in. Glue it to the inside of the case. It looks great and is actually protected. Just be careful when gluing it to the padding on the inside - do not want to get any glue on your screen. With this slight modification this case is disturbingly strong. I drop it all the time with no fear of damage to my zune. When I put the film on it (lots of bubbles) I was afraid to put it in my pocket now I chuck it at my friends because it really is strong and durable. The corners have gotten nicked up but thats the price to pay instead of it being your zune. Best case out there.

I like this case for many reasons. The main reason I like this case is because it is protective, it has a hard outside and a relatively soft inside. Second of all it comes in a wide assortment of colors. Finally it is easy to remove the player, not that you would ever really need to but it's good to have the option. My sisters ipod hard case didn't have such a feature and taking her ipod out of the case is a major procedure. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the screen protector is a bit lacking. The screen protector is just a clear sticker like thing, I expected a hard plastic thing, but other that that every thing else is great.

Had I seen this item in person I would not have bought it. You cannot plug in the zune synch cable when this case is on. There is a hole where one would plug the zune in, however it is blocked by the cover hinge.
