Great little machine, nice size, fast and clear. I really like the expansion slot for microSD cards. A 2GB machine can be any size you want with these little cards. Just keep adding music on them with no limit on the number you can use.
Excellent Product December 30, 2008
I have bought around a dozen of the e250 2GB version of the mp3 player over the past 18 months and so far there have been no problems with any of them. I have bought them for family members, friends, and co-workers and each and every one of them now prefer sandisk over ipod.
Compared the the ipod, the price of the e250 is very reasonable and gives you everything you need to listen to music or watch video's.
A previous review stated that this player does not work with Vista, that is incorrect, I have had no issues using Vista with this player.
I give the product 5 stars, a 10 out of 10!
Great MP3 player and a great price December 24, 2008
SanDisk makes a great MP3 player. I have one and I bought this one for my father. Love this product. I also bought another version of Sandisk mp3 player for a Christmas present for someone. SanDisk is the only MP3 palyer I will probably buy from now on.
Excellent mp3 Player December 23, 2008
It has nothing to envy to any mp3 player, has an interactive menu to enter each of the menu options. Organizers of the exact songs in mp3 player, compatible with SD memory used so far, their properties and characteristics that make a product has an ideal Christmas present.

I liked the looks, size, and price of the Sansa E250, but it definitely has it's downsides; ones bad enough that I returned it after two days.
-Volume control:
With my earbuds, I had the choice of really loud and deafening. This is a huge con for me as I listen to my MP3 at work where I need to talk to the people around me at the same time.
-Windows Vista:
The Sansa will not work with Vista, bottom line. Even with a new driver it would sit there and try to load over and over again without ever accomplishing anything. I was forced to upload my music from my new computer to my old one with XP to get anything to load onto the player.
-Minor stuff:
The control wheel was a little strange. It was easy to go past what you wanted to select, but I could overlook this with the reasonable price of the player.
Bottom Line - If you want a decent, reasonbly priced MP3 player that will load your music and videos easily and not deafen you when you listen to them, don't but the Sansa E250.
